Q-Ride Restricted RE Course

The Q-Ride restricted (RE) motorcycle licence course is the next step for riders who have held their motorcycle learner's licence for at least three months. The training and assessment program designed to help learner riders further develop their riding knowledge and motorcycle handling skills. Successful completion of this course will allow you to obtain a Restricted RE motorcycle licence and ride a LAMS motorcycle unsupervised.

The course is competency based with a mix of training on our private range, air-conditioned classroom and on-road. Each competency element is assessed as competent or not yet competent and participants will only successfully complete the course if they demonstrate all competencies.

If you are assessed as not-yet competent, HART’s 100% free re-assessment guarantee allows you to resit the course free of charge.
